Requirements
- Conducts pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures as scheduled
- Will work independently while covering General Surgery, Ortho, OB/Gyn, Urology and ED services.
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery, ensuring safety and comfort
- Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to established protocols and safety standards for anesthesia delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Utilize EMR system (EPIC) for effective patient record management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in emergency and on-call anesthesia coverage as required
