Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system. Efficiently processing transactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages professionally while adhering to food handling protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and maintaining hygiene standards across all service areas.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service times.
