  • Schedule: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (the 1st shift)

Interested in becoming our Inspector - Quality Control Specialist? Here's what you'll need:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and industry regulations - preferred
  • Experience in quality inspection within the steel, tooling, or engineering industries - preferred
  • Strong knowledge of measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to regularly lift heavy objects (50 lbs.)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with few breaks

As our Inspector - Quality Control Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections on tools, components, engineering materials, and finished products
  • Accurately check product dimensions using measurement tools like micrometers, gauges, and calipers
  • Identify defects, document your findings, and recommend corrective actions
  • Complete inspection records and reports for quality audits
  • Work with internal teams to solve problems, resolve issues, and elevate the daily manufacturing operations
  • Support continual development and improvement initiatives
