Available Shifts (with $1.00 Shift Premium)
- Midshift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Shift Premium: $1.00/hour for Mid & Night shifts

What You'll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a critical role in producing high‑precision components that meet strict aerospace standards. You will:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with precision
- Configure machines, load materials, and monitor machining operations
- Modify programs as needed to optimize performance
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Identify and troubleshoot machining or process issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Mentor and communicate with other operators as needed
- Consistently work within tight tolerances
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to identify non‑conforming parts
- Ability to manufacture job‑specific tooling (e.g., chuck jaws, fixtures)
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and teammates
- Ability to meet productivity requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively and support other operators
Technical Experience:
- Experience setting up and running mills
- Experience with horizontal and/or VTL lathes
- CNC programming experience is a plus
