Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in residential and commercial spaces.
- Conduct laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Handle heavy lifting and manual handling safely when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as walkways or patios through sweeping or pressure washing as needed.
- Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and outdoor work environments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in residential housekeeping or hospitality services will be considered a plus.

Pay: $28.91 - $38.79 per hour
