Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

Serve as a Warehouse Associate to ensure that all products ordered are properly packaged and shipped. Ensure that the company’s warehouse is updated, organized, clean, and that all procedures for checking in, handling and shelving or products are strictly followed. Manage that all customer order shipments leaving the company are properly packed and packed according to the pick list.

Job Duties:

• Ensures that all products are labeled correctly and isolated per lot number in each location.
• Organizes inventory to maximize available inventory space.
• Ensures that inventory counts between the electronic and physical inventory match at all times.
• Ensures that all orders are picked according to procedure.
• Assembles and tests engineered components for shipment.
• Ensures that items are properly labeled for shipping.
• Attaches the correct labeled in preparation for shipping.
• Ensure that all orders are packaged for safe transportation to the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by your lead

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to take direction from others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously handling many tasks.
• Ability to learn to use hand-held scanning devices for inventory tasks.
• Ability to manage primary duties properly and walk the extra mile when needed.
• Being able to work as a team player in a positive way together with the rest of the Flowtrend team
• Desire to improve efficiency of operations and job functions.
• Help keep the workplace organized and clean.
• Good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• May involve exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.

Salary Range: $17-$18/hour, depending upon experience
