Inbound Receiver

Position Summary
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Receiver to handle incoming materials from unloading through final storage. This role receives, de-crates, palletizes, stocks, and stows materials while completing accurate inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload containers and domestic/international shipments.
- De-crate, palletize, stock, and store materials in the correct locations.
- Process purchase orders, intercompany shipments, and warehouse transfers in BC.
- Verify invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, certificates, quantities, lot numbers, and product condition.
- Resolve and report shortages, damage, incorrect shipments, and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate receiving records, inventory transactions, FIFO, and lot traceability.
- Print labels, inspection sheets, geometric reports, transfer documents, and production paperwork.
- Support Production DCC receiving and warehouse transfers.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning, and Transportation.
- Support continuous improvement in receiving efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer, data-entry, organizational, and communication skills.
- BC or similar ERP experience preferred.
- Receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to review purchase orders and shipping documents accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Salary Range: $20-22
