Marshall Steel, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Welder with experience working in heavy manufacturing. The Maintenance Mechanic should be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
The successful candidate will be a vital member of our team, maintaining steel fabrication equipment including saws, punches, presses, welding equipment, robot weld lines, and painting and coating equipment.
Maintenance Tech will be required to Troubleshoot Maintenance/ Electrical issues. Must perform routine maintenance, such as preventive maintenance (PM).

- Must know 480 VAC motor controls
- AC crane knowledge along with Ac Drive/ DC Motor knowledge
- PLC knowledge for troubleshooting issues on the mill.
- Must be able to weld
- Need to be able to read Electrical Schematics/Mechanical drawings
- Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics; and
- Experience with maintaining cranes and hoists.
