- Safely operates finishing mill cranes to support FM operations
- Operates coil walking beam conveyors and associated coil handling equipment.
- Support routine maintenance activities, downturn work, mill inspections and preventative Maintenance checks.
- Strong safety awareness
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently without direct supervision
- Team player who has demonstrated ability to work well with others and independently
- Quality and detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled
- Ability to work routinely in a hot
- Repetitive stretching, reaching, lifting and walking will be required to support routine responsibilities.
