Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing roofing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and B2B sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of roofing products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and lead generation.
