Key Responsibilities Assistance: Support skilled workers with concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation while adhering to project specifications and quality standards. Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Material Handling: Assist in the transportation and setup of materials and equipment, following all safety protocols to minimize risks. Physical Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials as needed throughout the project. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety practices and protocols on-site, participating in safety meetings and ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times. Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow. Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in concrete construction and best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
