Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of water and septic mainlines, grade work, and site development to ensure structural integrity and quality.
- Operate grade laser and safely and effectively support various construction tasks.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and managing heavy lifting operations.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist in layout tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical stamina is essential for success in this role.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and protocols is required.
