SESI is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our on-site team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for an engineer who values collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on project leadership in a professional office environment.
With anticipated retirements in the next 1–3 years, this position offers a clear path to senior project management and leadership within our water/wastewater practice.
What You’ll Do
💧 Design and support municipal water supply and treatment systems
🚰 Design sanitary sewer collection and wastewater facilities
📑 Prepare permits, feasibility studies, and engineering reports
📐 Produce plans, specifications, and cost estimates
🏗 Support construction through field coordination and oversight
📊 Develop rate studies, proposals, and client-facing deliverables
What We’re Looking For
✔ Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
✔ PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
✔ Experience in water/wastewater design and construction
✔ Strong communication and team collaboration skills
✔ CAD and hydraulic modeling experience
