A well-established law firm in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to work closely with attorneys and clients navigating the estate administration process in a supportive and collegial environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of probate administration, including formal and summary administration matters
- Support trust administration from inception to final distribution
- Prepare and file court documents, accountings, and related pleadings
- Draft deeds, assignments, and other trust funding documents
- Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties throughout the administration process
- Coordinate with accountants and financial advisors on estate and trust tax matters
- Assist with the preparation of estate tax returns and related filings where applicable
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration
- Experience with trust funding is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Florida probate law and trust administration procedures

Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $55,000 – $75,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
