Core Output
A living, searchable map of the company's strategic network with clear status and next actions.
Primary Skill
Graph intelligence: identifying leverage, density, alignment, and compounding connections.
Operating Mode
High-discretion execution across technical, institutional, and investor-facing contexts.
Role OverviewPurposeThis operations role is the steward of the comany’s strategic network. This role builds relationship architecture, maintains relationship clarity, and increases the productivity of the company’s expanding web of advisors, partners, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
Core MandateTo be a successful company, we need to build a high-leverage graph of aligned actors. This role should be able to build leverage for the founder and increase the density, velocity, and compounding value of that graph, treating it as a dynamic system, not a contact list.
Responsibilities- Network intelligence and relationship architecture: Build and maintain a living map of the company's relationship graph. Track context, incentives, influence, current state, and next action for each strategic relationship.
- Network growth with compounding value: Add nodes intentionally so each marginal relationship increases total network value. Identify adjacency opportunities across advisors, defense programs, compute operators, and institutional actors.
- Relationship nourishment and signal management: Maintain disciplined communication cadence. Detect weak signals early, escalate intelligently, and prevent strategic relationships from drifting into ambiguity.
- Founder amplification: Protect CEO attention by converting high-context conversations into structured follow-ups and concrete motion.
This is not an administrative assistant role, and it is not passive coordination. This role requires independent judgment, high discretion, and the ability to operate across technical, institutional, and venture environments.
Success MetricsWithin 90 days
- A structured, searchable map of the company's full relationship network exists.
- Every strategic relationship has defined status, value, and next action.
- Advisor, investor, and institutional engagement cadences are systematized.
- Inbound interest is triaged into clear pathways, not ad hoc threads.
- Network density increases measurably through introductions generated by existing nodes.
- Opportunity flow rises without proportional growth in founder overhead.
- Advisor engagement produces compounding outcomes: intros, pilots, hires, distribution, credibility.
- Marginal network additions demonstrably increase the value of existing relationships.
- Founder time shifts toward high-leverage strategic conversations and decision-making.
Ability to operate in high-accountability environments. Exceptional written and verbal clarity. Strong pattern recognition and systems thinking. This job allows the use of Generative AI and other writing tools but high discretion and emotional intelligence is required so the communication doesn't read like an obvious AI slop. Comfort interfacing with defense, infrastructure, research, and venture ecosystems.
BackgroundNo single preferred academic path. The requirement is sharpness of mind, presence, versatility, and fortitude. Candidates may come from technology, policy, psychology, philosophy, hardware, venture, or the military.
