A well-established law firm in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Probate and Trust Administration Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work closely with clients navigating the estate administration process in a supportive and collegial environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of probate administration, including formal and summary administration matters
- Administer trusts and guide clients through the trust administration process from inception to final distribution
- Prepare and file court documents, accountings, and related pleadings
- Draft deeds, assignments, and other trust funding documents
- Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties throughout the administration process
- Coordinate with accountants and financial advisors on estate and trust tax matters
- Assist with the preparation of estate tax returns and related filings where applicable
- Manage an active caseload of probate and trust administration matters with a high degree of independence
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 3 years of experience in probate and trust administration
- Experience with trust funding is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Florida probate law and trust administration procedures
- Ability to manage an active caseload independently while maintaining strong client relationships

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $1500,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
