Role Description
We are building a next-generation boutique management company at the intersection of Hollywood, the creator economy, and brand-funded storytelling.
Our firm is designed for the future of representation - a place where:

With roots across top talent agencies, studios, brand partnerships, production, tech, and emerging media, we’re creating a new hybrid model that finally bridges the worlds of talent, creators, studios, and brands.
We are currently operating in stealth while onboarding our first wave of managers and clients.
Location: Remote, based out of LA / ATL / NYC / London / Asia
Compensation: Commission-based at the moment
Qualifications
We are seeking experienced Talent, Lit and Social Media Managers who are excited to help build something new - not just maintain the status quo.
You will:
- Manage and grow a curated roster of actors, writers, directors, creators, and multi-hyphenates.
- Package and pitch clients across film, TV, digital, and brand partnerships.
- Work closely with our brand and emerging media pipeline.
- Develop long-term career strategy, narrative positioning, and opportunity mapping for clients.
- Collaborate on new business, packaging, and cross-platform creative development.
- Be part of shaping the culture, infrastructure, and philosophy of a new kind of management company.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy in a team environment and the ability to innovate inside the representation space.
You are:
- A current manager or agent (or strong coordinator/assistant ready to bump up).
- Deeply connected in film, TV, digital, or branded content.
- Excited by hybrid careers - actors who write, creators who direct and act, writers who build communities, etc.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, proactive, and great with talent.
- A builder. Someone who wants to help create a new paradigm of representation.
- Comfortable working remotely at the moment.
- Strong at communication, packaging, strategy, and relationship-building.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with brand partnerships, social strategy, or creator economy.
- Production or development background.
- Taste!
