Job Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global marketing & product management team in delivering an industry-leading portfolio of products that exceed customer expectations & drive business growth. This role will manage a specific product portfolio and will own all product marketing elements related to that portfolio (from product concept through launch, and subsequent long-term portfolio management).
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Product Marketing Leader for the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include: pipeline planning, global product launch planning & execution, message development (positioning, differentiation), sales tool & collateral development, promotional planning, etc.
- Collaborate with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and industry best practices to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
- Assist in defining product features and functionality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer feedback.
- Help prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact.
- Facilitate communication and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to assess product performance.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of light to moderate objects.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
