Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Head of Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management function across the organization
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and company priorities
- Establish program management frameworks and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, etc.)
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Track and report program progress to leadership
- Improve operational efficiency and execution discipline
- Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8–12 years of program/project management experience
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments
- Experience with program management tools and methodologies
Nice to Have
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications
- Experience in tech or product-driven companies
- Background working with engineering/product teams
Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
