What You’ll Do
● Greet, onboard, and guide participants through study sessions, ensuring they feel
comfortable and supported.
● Set up, monitor, and close out data collection sessions with precision.
● Pay close attention to detail when documenting participant sessions and handling data.
● Keep studies on track by troubleshooting small issues and escalating when necessary.
● Collaborate daily with the research ops team to ensure smooth workflows.
● Maintain organized records using digital tools and follow established protocols.
Requirements
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with people.
● Ability to stay alert, responsive, and proactive in fast-moving environments.
● Technically comfortable and eager to learn new systems quickly.
● Familiarity with software tools such as Notion, Airtable, MS Office & Google
Workspace
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
● Prior experience in research, lab work, or people-facing operations.
● Experience with participant scheduling tools or data management platforms.
● Interest in human-computer interaction, psychology, or operations.

● Position Type: Full-time or part-time hourly
● Location: Onsite in San Francisco (SOMA)
● Compensation: $20/hr (This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.)
Salary : $20
