About the Role

We are looking for a Cold Email Marketer to develop, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands email deliverability, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences, build prospect lists, craft compelling email sequences, and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute cold email outreach campaigns.
• Research target companies and identify decision-makers.
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using various data sources.
• Write personalized, engaging cold email copy that drives responses.
• Develop multi-step email sequences for lead generation and follow-up.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and sending schedules.
• Maintain email hygiene by validating email addresses and managing suppression lists.
• Monitor sender reputation and ensure high email deliverability.
• Work with sales teams to optimize messaging based on campaign results.
• Maintain CRM records and track campaign performance.
• Stay current with email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in cold email marketing, outbound marketing, or demand generation.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive, personalized emails.
• Experience using email outreach platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Mailshake, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox placement.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B lead generation.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and sales outreach.
• Familiarity with email verification tools such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier.
• Experience using AI tools to personalize email campaigns.
• Basic understanding of HTML email formatting.
• Experience working with startups or SaaS companies.
