What You'll Do
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning matters.
- Draft and implement advanced estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related planning vehicles.
- Counsel clients on wealth transfer strategies, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, and asset preservation.
- Administer complex trusts and estates while collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors.
- Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships through exceptional service and practical legal advice.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials required.
- Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or the ability to waive in promptly.
- 4 years of direct Trusts & Estates planning experience in a law firm environment.
- Demonstrated experience handling sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients.
- Outstanding drafting, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing business and mentoring junior attorneys.

Full-time, hybrid
- Salary range: $175,000-$225,000 annually performance bonuses
