Title: Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney
Location: Irvine, CA
Experience and skills needed:
- Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Patent or Intellectual Property law
- Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
- Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Licensed to practise in California. An additional license is a big plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
