Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines technical excellence with a strong eye for product experience.

You will own major features of our customer-facing portal, turning complex security data into AI-Native and intuitive interfaces that enable security analysts to make the right decisions quickly. You will partner with product managers, designers, and our customers to bring this vision to life.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys shipping with high velocity, moving seamlessly between front‑end and back‑end, and cares deeply about user experience. You will work primarily with TypeScript/React for the front‑end and Python & Go on the back‑end.

Responsibilities

• Ship core product features across the entire stack – from React components and design‑system primitives to performant Python & Go back‑end services and APIs. You will own features from concept to deployment.
• Bring product thinking to engineering. Ask why features matter, how they support our product vision, and how to measure success. Help shape our product by providing insights from an engineering perspective.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness. Ensure the portal remains snappy even when displaying large amounts of data.
• Embrace, advocate, and utilize AI-powered engineering practices. As an AI-Native company we seek to continuously improve how we build our product with higher velocity with the usage of AI - running 5 concurrent Claude Code terminals is common here.
• Collaborate across disciplines. Work closely with security engineers, AI/ML researchers and product design to bring new capabilities into the user experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience building full‑stack web applications. You have built, shipped and maintained user‑facing products at scale.
• Expertise in modern front‑end technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS). You care about the craft of building a great product experience.
• Proficiency in back‑end development with Python and/or Go and experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with databases (relational and NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Product and design intuition. You can empathize with users, make design trade‑offs and contribute to product strategy.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You can work across disciplines and explain technical concepts to non‑engineers.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, and a top-of-market equity component. A variety of factors are considered when determining the compensation, including a candidate’s professional experience. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed.
