Stealth Construction is hiring a Project Manager – Construction to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
Salary Range
$70,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of corporate or professional project management experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and field teams
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project coordination
- Track project schedules, budgets, and progress
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review plans, scopes, and project requirements
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout items
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
