We are seeking an experienced Flooring Project Manage to manage and execute flooring installations from start to finish in the Midland/Odessa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with hands-on experience in flooring systems such as tile, carpet, vinyl, epoxy, and polished concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial flooring installations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards on job sites
Qualifications:
- 3 years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for a commercial flooring contractor
