What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator – Construction position at Stealth Construction?
Stealth Construction is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-driven Project Coordinator to keep our construction projects running smoothly. In this role, you'll work alongside our project managers to handle documentation, scheduling, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps jobs on track and on time. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Houston, with regular visits to active job sites.
What you'll do
- Support project managers with daily coordination across active jobs
- Track schedules, permits, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and city offices
- Visit job sites regularly to support coordination and keep projects moving
- Keep project information accurate, organized, and up to date
- Help coordinate materials, meetings, and project deadlines
What we're looking for
- Project coordination with construction experience
- Confident communicator who's comfortable making follow-up calls and managing several tasks at once
- Construction knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and basic construction terminology.
- Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or related project support role is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
- Reliable transportation for travel to local job sites
- QuickBooks experience a plus

Compensation
$70,000–$90,000
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
