Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met.
- Support team members during busy periods with food preparation, serving, or other restaurant tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Retail or grocery store experience can be beneficial for understanding inventory and food handling procedures.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
