Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, including burgers, fries, shakes, and other menu offerings
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations
- Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments accurately and giving correct change
- Assist with food safety practices, food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring a tidy environment at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
