Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of meal preparation techniques. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on new dishes or improvements to existing recipes.
• Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition, reporting any issues to management promptly.

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in grilling or culinary roles.
• Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and fine dining standards.
