This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Sales Associate / Range Safety Officer. The role includes assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional service, ensuring the safety of range users, maintaining range equipment, and enforcing safety protocols. The role also involves delivering product education and managing inventory to ensure a safe and satisfying experience for all patrons.
- Customer-facing skills, including customer service, sales, and communication
- Knowledge of firearm safety, handling, and maintenance
- Experience with inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification as a Range Safety Officer preferred
- Familiarity with AR firearms and firearm accessories is highly beneficial
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required
