Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly professionalism, adhering to food handling and safety protocols
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages as needed during breakfast hours
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns to enhance their dining experience
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting the culinary team in maintaining high standards of quality
Skills
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience serving or catering in banquet or event settings is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
