Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Promote IHG One Rewards program and hotel amenities
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with PMS systems is a plus)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
