Schedule
- Social Attendant: Monday–Wednesday | 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Front Desk: 1–2 additional shifts per week (schedule varies)
Front Desk
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations.
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Social Attendant
- Prepare and cook our complimentary evening Social Hour meals.
- Set up, replenish, and maintain the buffet area.
- Interact with guests and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Clean the kitchen and social area after service.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable cooking and handling food.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
- Must be available to work evenings.
