Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight shifts
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing, reservations, and financial records
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and guest account management
- Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to security, safety, and guest confidentiality
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with prior hotel or resort experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively (preferred)
- Proficiency in front desk software systems and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest engagement
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and attention to detail
