At The Greenleigh, hospitality never sleeps. The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring both exceptional guest service and the accuracy of the hotel’s financial operations during overnight hours.
This position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting functions, supporting a seamless guest experience while completing nightly financial reporting and audit processes.

This position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting functions, supporting a seamless guest experience while completing nightly financial reporting and audit processes.
Requested Tasks
- Provide front desk service including guest check-in, check-out, and handling overnight inquiries
- Complete nightly audit procedures including balancing room revenue, reconciling accounts, and closing the day in the property management system
- Review and verify accuracy of financial transactions, postings, and reports
- Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
- Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours and ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of overnight activity
- Coordinate with security and other departments as needed
- Prepare the front office for the morning shift
- Prior experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality operations preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with hotel property management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, calm, and service-oriented demeanor
