```Duties:```
- Audit hours 11PM-7AM. Must be available at least 3 weekends per month. GREAT for a college student!
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance the postings for the day, run night audit, prepare for the new day
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Requirements:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
- Ability to handle guest relations in a professional manner
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
