- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms.
- Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly assistance via multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage hotel emergency procedures confidently, including safety protocols and incident reporting during overnight hours.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial activities, operational issues, and guest interactions for management review.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting property inspections to ensure safety throughout the hotel premises.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and front desk operations.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent hotel reservation platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations.
