Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere that encourages social engagement
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and replenishment to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including handling in-person customer interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, dining areas, kitchen stations, and ensuring food safety sanitizing procedures are followed rigorously
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Providing excellent customer service
- Support food safety management by adhering to all food safety protocols and handling dietary requirements with care and precision
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely
- Strong customer service skills with experience in in-person service roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
