Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree is searching for a Breakfast Host/Attendant to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Compensation is based on experience. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and much more.
The purpose of the Breakfast Host/Attendant is to greet guests with warm hospitality and ensure smooth operation so the guests receive a high level of service from all restaurant associates.
Essential Job Functions
- Display friendly attitude greeting and seating guests. Seat and present guest with clean menus. Seat all stations equitably assuring equal distribution of parties.
- Be familiar with menu items and daily specials, including basic knowledge of food ingredients.
- Know what is happening on property in order to assist guests as needed.
- Assist with bussing tables, pouring water, and resetting tables as needed.
- Be flexible, reliable, and available for scheduling due to business demands.

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
