What You Bring To The Table
- Hotel housekeeping background; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for guest service and teamwork.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Coordinate secure sign-in/out procedures for master keys and section keys to maintain guest room access security.
- Monitor and report housekeeping productivity, tracking vacant dirty (VD) rooms at specified intervals to promptly address any concerns.
- Assign and oversee daily special cleaning tasks, ensuring extra attention is given to high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning.
- Conduct general cleaning and inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards for bedspreads, tubs/tiles, and other areas.
