Position Details
- Schedule: Combination of day and evening shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available to work weekends
- Status: Full-Time
- Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
- OPERA PMS experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Willing and able to work weekends
