Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating great first impressions? We're looking for dependable, friendly individuals to join our Front Desk team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last person our guests interact with during their stay. You'll help guests feel welcome, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every stay starts and ends on a positive note.
Available Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow hotel procedures while protecting guest privacy and security
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Hotel experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
