We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Guest Services Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences at our resort, ensuring guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple guest interactions efficiently. Experience in hotel management, bilingual communication, and resort operations is highly desirable for this position.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries and reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software
- Assist with night audit responsibilities, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Support front desk operations during peak hours or staff shortages as needed
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management, hotel front desk, or guest services preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus; fluency in additional languages enhances guest communication
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic administrative tasks
- Hospitality background with experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
