Stay Pet Resort & Veterinary, Maryland's premier pet resort near BWI Airport, is looking for an energetic, friendly team member who can shine in both customer service and hands-on pet care on our Resort side.
What You'll Do
Client Service & Admin
Greet clients and check in pets for daycare, boarding, and grooming
Answer phones, emails, and texts with a warm, helpful attitude
Make and update reservations using our kennel software
Open or close the lobby depending on shift
Pet Care & Resort Duties
Supervise dog playgroups and maintain safe, positive play
Walk, feed, and perform basic health checks on pets
Clean play yards, kennels, and common areas
Bathe dogs and trim nails (we'll train)
Care for our cat guests
Stay active—this is an on-your-feet position
What We're Looking For
Outgoing, friendly, and LOVES animals
1 year of animal or hospitality experience (vet or hotel a plus)
Strong multitasking and computer skills (Chrome, Mac, Microsoft Office)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
Team player with a great attitude and reliability
Weekend/holiday availability and dependable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $16/hr, with increases based on experience
and job performance after 90 daysPaid time off
