Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Monday–Friday
- No Weekends!
- Closed on major holidays
- Paid Select Holidays
- Operating Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Scheduled shifts will be within operating hours

What You'll Do
As our Assistant Group Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Lead Teachers to help create a fun, structured, and nurturing classroom.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily classroom management and supervision
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities
- Supporting children's learning, development, and social-emotional growth
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Ensuring compliance with all state licensing regulations
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Assisting with behavior guidance using positive reinforcement
- Completing required documentation and incident reports
- Helping with opening and/or closing responsibilities when scheduled
- Stepping into leadership roles when needed to support classroom success
✅ Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- At least 18 years old
- Passionate about early childhood education
- Dependable, organized, and a team player
- Comfortable working with children of various age groups
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An effective communicator with families and coworkers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDA, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field), OR willingness to obtain one
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Physical Exam & TB Test
