As a Server Assistant, you are a vital part of the front of house team - supporting servers in delivering seamless, high-quality service by keeping tables clean and reset, maintaining service areas, and ensuring the dining room is always stocked and guest-ready. What You'll Do
Guest Experience & Service Support
- Assist servers in delivering efficient, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or needs as they arise
- Maintain a positive, calm, and diplomatic demeanor in all guest and team member interactions
Operations & Standards
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between and during guest service
- Sanitize countertops, tables, chairs, and service areas throughout each shift
- Clean and organize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Prepare bar and service equipment to be ready for the next shift
- Stock all wares and equipment needed for service
- Dispose of empty cans and glass bottles in the appropriate containers
- Conduct food and beverage inventory per AATMOS standards
- Follow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards
