What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Teacher (Part-Time) position at Stay and Play?
School Age Teacher: Hours are 2:45-5:45 pm OR 3:00 pm-6:00 pm. Monday-Friday. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 4 AFTERNOON SHIFTS. Additional hours during the morning hours if desired (7:00am - 9:00am). This is a school year position (Late-August through Mid-June).

Qualifications: Stay and Play Before and After School Program serves students in grades K-5th in the Rose Tree Media School District. Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years documented experience working with children in a childcare program.
Staff Benefits: Vacation/Sick Pay equivalent to the number of hours worked weekly for regular employees. All planning meetings, staff meetings, family programs and trainings are paid for.
Summer months off (unpaid). Bonus for employee referral.
Position will start once all clearances and health assessment is complete. Staff job duties entail snack preparation, helping with arts and crafts, planning group games, homework assistance, supervising playground, and attending staff meetings and trainings.
