QA Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Technician (2ND SHIFT 3:00pm to 11:00pm - Sunday to Thrusday) to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform detailed analysis of product quality, including pictures.
• Ensure accurate descriptions, weights, temperatures, and counts.
• Communicating with other departments, when a product is changing its quality: Buyers, QA department, Plant Manager and Supervisors.
• Assure all product labels are correct and accurate.
• Maintain documentation of quality audits, inspections, and test results in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, CGMP standards and requirements throughout all stages of production.

Skills

• Knowledge of FDA regulations, and other relevant quality management standards.
• Experience participating in quality audits and familiarity with QA/QC processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
