Stauffer Glove & Safety is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Red Hill, Pennsylvania! The HR Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department through administering HR related tasks, communications, and coordinating all recruitment activity and processes. The recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, knowledge of all clerical and operational functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of company policies and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

- Administer all employee changes including, but not limited to, coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes, employee position and personal information changes, and ensure all changes are accurately captured in the HRIS and personnel files.
- Establishes recruiting requirements for all open positions.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Develops diverse marketing strategies (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; coordinating interviews; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
- Assist with new hire orientations.
- Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
- Assist in preparing government reports related to EEO compliance or other HR functions.
- Assist with collecting newsletter content and partnering with the marketing team to create and distribute quarterly.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives including, but not limited to, company events and community activities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role requires sitting for long periods of time and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, check machines, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position may be required to be on call to support all business locations. Minimal local travel is expected for this position.

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a combination of Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist or internal recruiter capacity.
- Professional Certificate in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a HR generalist or internal recruiter capacity.
- Experience developing diverse recruiting networks; Such as LinkedIn recruiting, social media platforms, Calendly, etc.
- Experience maintaining and updating HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems, such as ADP Workforce Now.
